Can I get in touch with the owner of the studio I purchased from?
Yes, you can! For now send an email to MarLenaCreativeStudio@gmail.com and we will make sure the owner gets intouch with you within 48 hrs.
How long does it take to get my purchase?
It all depends on which studio you are ordering from. When you purchase you will receive an email from the owner, letting you they have received your order and in that email, they will let you know how long it will be before you recieve your next favorite thing!
I don't like what I purchased. Can I get a refund?
We are so sorry that you didn't like your purchase! But yes, you can return it and get a refund. Once you reach out to us and let us know, we will get back to you within 24 and give you all the info to get it back to us
How do I join the collaborative?
It's really easy to become part of our collaborative. At the top of the page you will see a button that says "more" click on it, fill out the form and send us pictures of your product. We will get back to you within 2 weeks
