Can I get in touch with the owner of the studio I purchased from? 

Yes, you can!  For now send an email to MarLenaCreativeStudio@gmail.com and we will make sure the owner gets intouch with you within 48 hrs.

How long does it take to get my purchase? 

It all depends on which studio you are ordering from. When you purchase you will receive an email from the owner, letting you they have received your order and in that email, they will let you know how long it will be before you recieve your next favorite thing!

 

I don't like what I purchased.  Can I get a refund?  

We are so sorry that you didn't like your purchase!  But yes, you can return it and get a refund.  Once you reach out to us and let us know, we will get back to you within 24 and give you all the info to get it back to us

How long does it take to receive my purchase?

We always try to get your next favorite thing to you as soon as possible.  We ask for 10 - 15 days to get it in the mail and off to your doorstep.  If you have a special order, or customized order we would kindly ask you for 15 - 20 days (counting weekends!).  Again, if we can get it to you sooner, we will make it happen!  Thank you for your paitence!
